A Few Simple Rules for a Great Stay
Help keep every guest safe, comfortable and welcome.
General Rules
01 Check-in: 12 PM.
02 Check-out: 11 AM.
03 Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.
04 5 MPH maximum. No off-road vehicles; follow traffic arrows.
05 One RV and one extra vehicle per site; use overflow parking.
06 Place trash in dumpsters.
07 Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
08 Use on-site laundry; personal washing machines are prohibited.
09 No firearms or fireworks.
10 Attend fires and extinguish them fully.
11 Use above-ground fire pits only.
12 Keep vehicles, rugs and mats off grass.
Pet Policy
01 Leash pets, hold the leash, clean up after them and never leave them unattended.
Additional Policies
01 Arrange extensions by phone, text or email.
02 No refunds.
03 Generators only during outages; switch breakers OFF while running. No vehicle or RV washing.
04 Recommended washing service: At Your Service Mobile Detailing, 270-820-7415.
05 Wi-Fi is complimentary; speed, reliability and signal are not guaranteed. No cable TV.
06 Arrange propane refills ahead so staff can be available.
